When ordering this Combo set for the TT (8J) you will receive our custom aluminum bracket, finished in our durable black powder coat + receive both our interchageable Swivel Magnetic Holder and our non-magnetic Cradle Holder, giving you options that fit your needs! You will have enough clearance from your vents to place your device in portrait or landscape modes and because of our swivel you can angle the device towards you or your passenger. It can be installed either between the driver & center vent or center and passanger vent.

This product shipped really quickly and was extremely easy to install. I was thinking it would be a little more complicated to remove the vents but they are just a pressure fit so a credit card around the edges and a light pull and you are good to go. The tolerance on the vent rings is very nice keeping the mount level. The holder is pretty stiff to open to get your phone in but the good part of that is that your phone wont fall out. Love that i can easily rotate from vertical to horizontal for switching between music and navigation. Honestly a must have for the Audi TT as it has no center console and no real good spot to even hold a phone let alone be able to see it safely while driving.

Ok, at first we thought it was too difficult to install. We called our Audi dealer who said it could be damaging to remove the air vents. After watching the video we found it was a piece of cake. Very well placed on the dash board and extremely low profile. If you have a Audi TT, I highly recommend this product. Also the customer service response is impressive.

The air vent slats broke after using a phone holder and so out of my frustration went looking for a better solution. Then I found clearmounts...just repaired my vent slats and installed this mount. It is a bit expensive but it's a custom made to measure one-piece aluminum so it's worth it.The phone cradle feels a bit not as premium but works 100%.Thanks guys!

I have tried many phone holders......no seriously, I probably go through 2 or 3 every year. The type that you attach to you air vent slats like a peg? Rubbish. The type that have a suction cup to attach to the windscreen? In Australian sun? Rubbish. The type that requires gluing a little disk onto your dashboard? well...not only rubbish, but an eyesore as well. My Clearmounts arrived in record time and I yes, I... not some spanner monkey at Supercheap Auto or Autobarn installed it in 5 minutes flat.... without breaking anything, a single swearword or even working up a sweat. And the results are awesome, it looks as though it came with the car giving an extra touch of class to a car Audi A3 that seemed as though it was as classy as it could get. Whomever designed this needs to be nominated for a Nobel Prize of some description, a Sainthood or even just a beer at my local next time they are in Brisbane, Australia. Cheers.

Having had five different mounts this is the only one that looks like it’s part of the car . My only comment would be that a rear port for the cable on the wireless charger would be great so you wouldn’t see it sticking out. Works perfectly

Nicely fit on my 2009 Audi TT MK2. Need to buy another accessory for the MagSafe support. My iPhone 13 Pro stays firmly. It’s a bit hard to get the air vents out for installation. I’d suggest get a plastic pry bar. You’ll really need to pry hard.
