Installation Instructions:
Install the adhesive ball mount next to your infotainment screen on the black plastic surface (do not install on the screen itself). First, clean the mounting surface and make sure it is dry before adhering the mounting ball. Once placed in the desired location, peel the red plastic, stick it on, apply light pressure, and allow 24 hours before placing your cellphone to allow the adhesive to cure. No tools are needed, and it does not damage your interior surfaces.
Delivery to Europe was rather complex and taking a lot of time. Very happy with the quality and functionality of the product.

Customer service was very good. I was delivered the incorrect product. I ordered the adhesive mount with the swivel cradle holder and they shipped the vent kit instead. They were mostly prompt in responding, and immediately sent me the correct order. I did have to wait another week. So all is good.
